Fulfillment maintained over 99% accuracy and timeliness delivery for all card orders in 2009. We fulfilled over 550,000 cards the last two weeks in January ahead of schedule and under budget. Program Implementation was responsible for all card program approvals. We provided support to the Sales team, communicated with the banks and associations and verified the final product before it was released to production. The team also implemented new banks on the system and worked to define the processes for program approval.Quality Assurance was responsible for all system and application testing. We also participated in release testing to verify that all programs and procedures were released properly. QA wrote the training documentation for both new hires and feature system releases.Facilities involved working with our vendors to maintain the equipment and building systems. Facilities were responsible for most building maintenance including painting and moving cubicles.
