Managed Sharon Shewmake's (People for Sharon) campaign for WA State Representative in the 42nd Legislative District, Position 2. Worked with the campaign team, staff and consultants to implement our campaign plan and adjust our strategy as necessary. Managed and coordinated all aspects of the campaign: fundraising, field operations, events, social media and community outreach.Managed and supervised 3 interns, 15 deputy field organizers, and over 100 volunteers. Managed and organized all field operations: over 16,439 doors were knocked and over 4,235 calls were made before rolling into the coordinated campaign.We successfully flipped a seat in a well-known conservative district.
