Current- Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training activities around Lending, Tellers, and Back Office Employees throughout the credit union
- Conducts New Hire Orientation and Onboarding for all new employees
- Assists branches with orientation support with all new hires and other training needs
- Assists with preparation and implementation of large events including the development of materials and presentations
- Complies with all federal, state, and organizational policies and procedures and processes including BSA and OFAC
