Learning And Development Specialist
Current• Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training activities around Lending, Tellers, and Back Office Employees throughout the credit union• Conducts New Hire Orientation and Onboarding for all new employees• Assists branches with orientation support with all new hires and other training needs• Assists with preparation and implementation of large events including the development of materials and presentations• Complies with all federal, state, and organizational policies and procedures and processes including BSA and OFAC• Maintains, trains, and develops systems• Evaluates and maintains our learning management system, internal intranet, and other programs used for transactions• Executes a credit union intranet to assist with established training plans, employee benefits, manuals, policies and procedures• Provide training and support for new hires and current employees during new projects as well and system and process launches
