MagenTys, an NTT DATA company (acquired 2018), enable teams and enterprise organisations to release software with measurement, speed, quality, security, repeatability and scalability through DevOps engineering good practice.Client assignments across mainly retail and media including Mentally Friendly, Aldermore, Dunelm and Channel 4 involving good knowledge of both Agile (SCRUM and Kanban) and Waterfall Software Development Lifecycles. My assignments involved maintaining and building good working relationships with clients. This involved being onsite and working remotely. I have travelled and stayed overnight to be on client site, working alone representing the company to the client to increase client experience and meet client requirements.My role and responsibilities included:• Involvement in shaping the Test Strategy (including automation) based on agile testing quadrants and test automation pyramid• Preparation of test plans and coordinating test activities• Actively participated in sprint planning, backlog refinement sessions, daily stand ups and retrospectives• Analysing acceptance criteria and designing test cases• INVEST sessions to analyse the quality of User Stories• Involved in 3 amigo sessions to elaborate BDD scenarios to guide development• Identifying test data requirements to meet test conditions• Writing and running SQL queries• Creation of test charters for exploratory testing• Coordinating provisioning and Smoke testing of test environments• Functional testing, Integration testing, Regression testing, Usability testing, UAT• Manually testing stories and defect fixes for the upcoming release• Performing Mobile and Cross Browser Testing (iOS, Android, Firefox, Google Chrome, IE, Safari, etc.)• Participating in Peer reviews and Showcases• Coordinating bug triage meetings and prioritising fixes• Analysing test automation reports and reporting findings to the client• Submission of weekly reports to the client

My role included:- First point of contact for both candidates and clients, dealing with any queries they might have.- Interviewing and inducting new candidates who are applying to Catapult.- Carrying out account management duties, maintaining relationships with candidates and clients.- Answer in excess of 50 inbound/outbound calls per day as well as responding to emails and live chats.- Managing and monitoring bookings, ensuring all bookings are fulfilled and run smoothly.- Managing cancellations. - Problem solving.- Ensuring we are compliant with legal regulations for candidates, checking right to work, visas are valid and not exceeding their weekly working limit. - Managing the company’s social media accounts.- Chasing clients for payment on behalf of the finance team.- Training suppliers to use the platform.- Training new team members.
