One-year rotational position to assist the Strategic Innovation Team in executing projects assigned from the Executive Committee. Projects included:• Assessed the attractiveness of the global cruise market for Diversey Care and made recommendations related to potential go-to-market strategies and business models; and• Supported analysis of poultry outcome selling implementation for Food Care by developing roadmap and modeling alternative methods for monetizing outcomes.

Responsibilities included financial and marketing analysis for proposed new food packaging automation solutions as well as opportunity identification. Developed direct operating cost model of customer operations for financial analysis of potential automation solutions.

Surpassed the Base Brakes savings goal of $20MM. Created test procedure and performed testing for Push/Pull force of hose on Intake Manifolds. Benchmarked Brake Pedals for Pedal Feel. Developed Domestic & BUX Brake System Development Plan and aligned with Corporate Stage Gate Timing System;• Powertrain Systems: Performed hot/cold cell testing, day-trip testing and hot-trip support. Conducted data analysis for all testing; • Resident Engineering for Body/Exterior: Root caused daily Customer Satisfaction Audit for water leaks/noise issues. Cross referenced and updated DFMEA’s for future products; Supported Production Evaluation Request studies and engineering containment issues;• Vehicle Synthesis: Managed exterior body issues and performed hot/cold cell testing for durability and validation;• Quality/DFSS (Design for Six Sigma): Supported quality gap analysis for scrimmage teams focusing on JD Power, Consumer Reports, and AMS.
