Engineering leader for the Energy & Utilities group with responsibilities to maintain utility infrastructure and support energy management initiatives. I have a passion for finding solutions which support customer needs, reduce maintenance cost, increase serviceability, and reduce environmental impact.

Lead the Energy Management Program for Campus Facility Services (CFS) and the Campus. Develop processes and systems for energy savings initiatives, identify funding, perform payback calculations, implement energy savings projects, and monitor results. Partner extensively with internal and external customers.•Lead CFS sustainability efforts and represent CFS on sustainability initiatives with campus and university Sustainability Offices. Serve as CFS lead representing the campus on IU system wide energy/sustainability issues. Lead a cross functional CFS Sustainability team; set goals, hold team accountable for progress, etc. •Review university design standards and major construction projects, and work with the UAO to assure designs consider maintainability and appropriate lifecycle costs. •Proactively and regularly meet with student groups and academic departments, along with Office of Sustainability, to educate about carbon footprint reduction opportunities on campus which they can participate in.

Responsible for designing replacement mechanical systems for buildings on campus. This includes chilled water systems, heating water, steam, domestic hot water, and AHU's.

Responsible for the design of residential air conditioning equipment.

Responsible for resolving quality issues for residential fan coils, and air conditioners.
