Identifies, manages and resolves AR and customer issues, tracks dealer performance, manages dealer contracts, and provides any necessary administrative support. Clearly communicates all changes in product, service and/or procedures in a timely manner. Maintains an effective relationship with the AR to ensure the quota attainment goal is met. Develops new accounts and/or expands existing OEM/VAR accounts.
