Holly was admitted to practice in the UK 2002 and in NSW, Australia, in 2004. She joined Bradley Haynes Law in October 2020, having previously practiced at City firms in London and Sydney. She has extensive experience in acting for national and international companies, SMEs, tech start-ups and property developers. She has wide experience in Commercial Contracts and Commercial Litigation, including drafting and negotiating complex service and supply agreements, downstream agreements, TUPE transfer documents, shareholder agreements, terms of business, intellectual property matters, option and management agreements, joint ventures, franchising, employee share option incentive schemes and commercial contracts. With her background in dispute resolution she also has wide experience of litigating on such matters, which experience also informs her drafting.
