Multi Radiance Medical manufactures FDA-cleared therapeutic laser technology, which is ideal for pain relief, healing and many other applications. As the marketing and social media specialist, I assist the marketing team by managing all social platforms for Multi Radiance and GameDay Laser (sports laser). We use social to generate leads, run contests and promotions, cover the many tradeshow events MRM attends, provide customer service and more. Additionally, I created a social media strategy and researched brand advocates for Loma Lux Laboratories, a company that makes natural, over-the-counter oral medicine for acne, eczema and psoriasis.

I work with the communications team and collaborate on the coordination, marketing, and execution of publications and special events for the Russ College of Engineering and Technology. I write articles for the college's weekly e-newsletter, help run events, and create social media posts promoting these news stories and events.

I help with production of baked goods in the Central Food Facility Bakery to be distributed to dining halls and campus restaurants. I assist managers, cooks and other student leaders in making sure all baked goods are going where they are supposed to go. I train and manage student workers by assigning tasks like bagging, staging, producing, slicing, cleaning and more.

As part of the External Communications team, I primarily created content for the Expert Directory, an online service developed by UCM in 2011 that allows media to search various university experts by name, expertise, and subject area to read a biography about his or her expertise. I researched and interviewed experts in order to write biographies to be included in the directory. Other tasks included writing stories as assigned for Compass, the University's news source that is distributed bi-weekly to students and faculty.Additionally, I have helped create tweets to promote various experts for the official Ohio University Media Relations Twitter account. I also contributed original photos and wrote captions for the official Ohio University Instagram account.

Provide customer service to conference groups staying on campus in residence halls. Help provide service, guidance, directions, parking information, and general advice to incoming freshmen and their parents during Bobcat Student Orientation. Make sure other conference guests were comfortable and had everything they needed, help guests if they got locked out of their rooms. Provide a positive representation of the university.

Rittman, Ohio

Looked after dogs and cats staying in the Lodge side of All Creatures, which included feeding, giving medications, bathing, cleaning up after, and playing with upwards of 50 dogs and 10 cats on our busiest days. I also had other general cleaning and upkeep responsibilities like laundry and sweeping/mopping the facility every day. I provided customer service to the pet owners, many of whom were very loyal to All Creatures and brought their animals back to stay on numerous occasions and were continuously satisfied with our service.
