I am an organisational change practitioner with a deep interest and passion for using multi-modal and creative arts-based processes to stimulate engagement and reflection in people, to engender deep and shared understanding amongst diverse groups, and to generate real and sustainable change in organisations.My doctoral research was awarded two 'Outstanding' commendations from international examiners who considered the work to be 'of the highest merit and at the forefront internationally in its field'. As Head of Coaching and Organisational Development at PCI Group, I work extensively in the major infrastructure industry, assisting Asset Owners to establish capital and maintenance collaborative contracts, and proponent teams to successfully bid for these forms of contracts.
