I am a Member Service Representative and I strive to give great customer service by helping members open new accounts, applying for loans, performing accurate financial transactions, identifying the needs of members and providing solutions. I also help the tellers with problem solving and coaching. I conduct quarterly and yearly audits and perform cash ordering for the branch.
