Holly is part of the World Economic Forum's Food and Water team as a specialist for regenerative and climate adaptive agricultural systems. In this position, she is responsible for community engagement and research. She works with her team to bring together farmers and private sector actors to advance the 100 Million Farmers initiative to unlock financing models for regenerative agricultural practices.Coming from a farming background herself, Holly is passionate about the health of the land and the resiliency of farming communities. Having gained degrees within biological, climate, and social sciences, she is equipped with both a knowledge of the environment and a knowledge of people. Combining the two enables her to be an effective change-maker. Beyond sustainable agricultural production, Holly is also passionate about international affairs, food and water security, and LGBTQ/gender equity. In her free time she likes to explore NYC and try all of the food options the city has to offer (bonus points if it’s local, organic, or regenerative!)
