Internal Recruitment Consultant, helping to source candidates for luxury car brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Honda, Volkswagen and Lexus (to name a few). The roles I helped with varied from Receptionist/Telephonist to Sales Manager and everything in between. I also recruited for Marketing, IT and HR candidates.

After working for the Western Commercial dealership within Eastern Holdings for a number of years, I got the opportunity to move into HR as a HR Administrator. This gave me the opportunity to go to college and develop new skills. I was responsible for Absence Management, uploading relevant information onto our internal CRM system and providing general support to the HR Advisers and Payroll Adviser. Prior to Eastern Holdings starting up an internal recruitment function, I would process all new starts, type contracts of employment and complete all paperwork as required.

I was the first member of staff within the Western Commercial dealership for the CRM function. Myself and my manager set up the processes and developed the department from scratch before then bringing in more staff and growing the team further.I would contact customers and inform them of any MOT/Service/Recall due on their vehicle. This was a targeted environment, which I thrived in. I later became responsible for a lot of data analysis and reporting - this information would be fed back to the Service Manager, Service Director and Dealer Principal on a weekly basis.

I assisted various departments, including Service, Administration and Sales.Service - I would upload the next day's job cards, perform all required checks using internal systems and then contact the customers to remind them of their booking.Administration - I would do the filing for the entire site, as well cover the main reception as required and help with any other duties are required.Sales - greeting customers, helping to process paperwork and occasionally helping with the set up of the vehicles in the yard.I also ran a conference facility for a number of years, this included diary management, facility management and ensuring all guests were fed and watered as needed.
