Started with Paycor as a Client Support Specialist handling small market clients and was promoted to a Senior Client Suppprt Specialist handling major market clients in August 2017. Proactively manage payroll updates and maintenance of assigned client base using Paycor’s software. Act as a trusted payroll consultant to clients to recommend changes in products, services, and policies by uncovering payroll needs and evaluating product configuration while educating and counseling on payroll best practices. Assuring client payrolls process accurately and timely while providing ongoing end-user training, technical support and troubleshooting. Provide guidance with report writing, payroll general ledger configuration, and data entry imports as requested. Maintain working knowledge of complex retirement and benefit plans, as well as knowledge of federal, state and local tax calculation and configuration.
