I worked as Interim Food Business Partner from January - June 2019 and then December 2019 to February 2020.I was responsible for:- Reviewing the current NPD process, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement and then getting buy-in from key stakeholders and implementing the new process.- Project management of menu launch from concept through to launch. - Working closely with Executive Chef and Head of Food to ensure product developmentis to brief, including meeting cost, nutritional and operational requirements. - Working cross-functionally to ensure key deadlines are met and managing keystakeholders throughout the business. - Collaborating with Head of Innovation to devise long term menu strategy and produce development briefs for forthcoming menu launches.

• Project Manager of NPD & EPD projects from concept through to launch. Responsible for orchestrating and delivering the annual food development programme. Successfully delivered over 200 products to market throughout 2017.• Owner of production trials at CPU facility.• Responsible for communications from Food and Commercial functions to stores.• Chair of launch meetings with key functions of the business to ensure launches and trials are running on time and to plan.• Sign off of BOP labelling and marketing to ensure materials are accurate and legally compliant.• Owner of Launch Pack document detailing new products and changes for retail outlets.• Delivery of launch presentations to Retail Operations Managers

• Responsible for providing analysis of new product innovation initiatives using consumer insights and company & industry data to monitor evolving consumer needs, identify business opportunities and develop new products.• Owner of food and operational test projects with responsibility for managing trials budget, setting trial success and failure criteria, gaining customer feedback, providing on-going analysis of tests and making strategic recommendations at the end of trials.

• Responsible for project management of new product launches from point of concept approval through to launch. Liaising with all functions of the business to ensure product launches are delivered on time and to plan. Producing post-launch analysis of implementation. • Oversight of data input into point-of-sale and stock management systems and ensuring accuracy and consistency of data throughout these systems.• Responsible for copywriting and editing new product launch communication documents and weekly communications from the food and commercial departments for distribution throughout the business.

• Creating and managing critical paths for new product launches to ensure that all functions of the business deliver on time.• Responsible for attaining creative, commercial and technical sign off of launch materials. Liaising with print suppliers to coordinate print requirements for launches.• Delivering presentations to Operations Managers to communicate new product launch information for cascade to the rest of the business.• Managing product data on back of house systems and responsibility for troubleshooting problems on launch day.
