Chris was the Solutions Architect for the Strategic Grants Management Systems (SGMS) within the Department of Innovation (DIISR). Chris is responsible for the architectural design and implementation of the SGMS as well as desigining the ongoing roadmap of Grants Management within the Department. Assisting in the delivery of an enterprise wide platform upgrade, based on CA technology platform, Clarity.

Through Single Cell, Chris is engaged as the Change and Project Manager for a number of large scale Innovation ICT projects. Currently Chris is responsible for the delivery of the Innovation Strategic Grants Management System, an enterprise wide Grants Management platform in conjunction with the roll out of the $6.8 billion Green Car Innovation Fund.

Single Cell is delivery a suite of Business Intelligence eLearning Solutions for ACT Health's Enterprise Business Intelligence Solutions (EBIS) division in conjunction with a divisional re-brand. This project aims to facilitate improvements in business information and decision making throughout ACT Health.

Senior Reporting and Analytics consultant assisting in the complete transformation of ComSuper (CSC) superannuation reporting databases and reporting frameworks. This project involved the development of a consolidated data warehouse for all superannuation programs, as well as the introduction of a comprehensive analytics and reporting suite, and reporting framework.

Chris operated as a project management consultant directing the upgrade of the ADO Learning Management System (LMS). The project will result in a complete upgrade for the corporate system delivering a user friendly and more efficient system to the 100k+ stakeholders.The project consists of four major components:1. Implementation of the upgraded Learning Management System2. Implementation of a clustered WebSphere NDS Application environment (exciting stuff!)3. Full data migration from the existing database to new database. Followed by the development of a BI framework.4. Manage organisational change across the department.
