Conducting psychometrics and statistics for large organizations in the public and private sector. Contributing to selecting personnel for the Danish Defence including fighter pilots and special forces.Reported on, maintained, and standardized several psychometric tests across the Danish Defence.Conducted large scale research into post-deployment reactions and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder in veterans.Developing and evaluating tools for organizational measurement and prediction.

My main PhD dissertation was on modeling play styles in games from designer specifications and empirical data for automating testing of computer game content. In parallel, I conducted a study and produced a series of publications on modeling stress responses to virtual environments from physiological data with a focus on treating and diagnosing post traumatic stress disorder.
