Conducted a remuneration benchmark study in Zimbabwe. Provided an extensive and in-depth study of the labour market for national staff, with a particular focus on non-governmental organisations (NGOs). The study required an understanding of the local labour law, of practices which are considered common law, and of the political and cultural variables that may affect the labour market. Reported to the MSF HQ in Brussels.

Responsible for the production of video lectures for NHH's Master's Degree program for Auditing in Oslo. Assisted in hiring and onboarding new employees. I also produced promotional videos for NHH, and assisted the Department of Quality Assurance with organizing and uploading material to online learning platforms in all BSc and MSc courses.

San Francisco Bay Area

Built a business case for Gracenote’s Audio Fingerprinting and Music Identification technology (MID) in a team of two interns. Our main objective was to find new vertical markets for MID and estimate potential value for the company. We were invited to present and discuss our final results with key persons in the company, including the global CEO, CRO and VP of automotive and sales. In addition, I administrated a test panel of 20 people and functioned as the link between project managers and software developers during the development of the Dynamic Equalizer, a software that adjusts and optimizes the soundscape in your car based on what music genre you are listening to.Was offered the opportunity to work full-time for Gracenote later on. Gracenote, a Nielsen company, is the world leader in entertainment data and services. Whether you know it or not, Gracenote plays a big role in your digital lifestyle, powering the most popular music, movie and TV, and sports services on the planet.

From 2013-2017, I participated in more than 100 entertainment jobs for various organisations and corporate firms, including performances for the former CEO and owner of Norwegian Bjorn Kjos, Hotel “Tycoon” Petter Stordalen and the Prime Minister of Norway (at the time), Erna Solberg. I stepped into the role as conductor in February 2016, and was responsible for our musical product and tailoring each performance to meet client requests.Svæveru' is the Men's Chorus at NHH and the oldest student choir in Norway, founded in 1950.

UKEN is one of western Norway’s largest culture festivals and is held every other year mainly by students from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). The UKErevue (est. 1947) is one of the festival's main attractions and has won several prizes over the years.
