- Analyst the business process of system, changing or arising features for internal applications (non-core application) such as: product management system, dealer management system, payment workflow (disbursment, repayment), accounting workflow (business trip, procurement, contract…)- Make clear, summarize and give solutions for requirements for business users and developers.- Write all documents types:- Support to testing and building the flow chart data model.- Provide operational support for all internal applications for end user.

- Acting as the team leader (4 members) supporting LOS applications such as Finnone/ F1CAS, PegaLOS, Omnidocs, Vymo, PMS/ DMS and other related systems and interfaces by understanding software application opportunities and issues.
