Management consultant in the Asia team, leading engagements with large public-sector banks and differentiated banks as well as advising early-stage fintechs and healthtechs as part of The FI Lab. Few highlights include-> Leading a strategy and operations transformation project for a large differentiated bank (53 mn customers with USD 29 mn in annual revenue) in India leading to a 7x increase in revenue two years.> Advising the post-merger harmonisation of operating models of two large public-sector banks in India resulting in the 7th largest public-sector bank with over USD 81 billion in assets> Developing the go-to-market strategy of a fintech platform focused on offering relevant financial products to the blue-collared salaried segment> Supporting an early-stage earned wage access (EWA) fintech in developing it's flagship product and taking the product to the market> Supporting a healthtech in understanding consumer preferences and attaining a product-market fit. Assisted the healthtech in developing a medical use-case linked BNPL as well.

Donned hats in a lot of 0 to 1 tasks but primarily headed the D2C channel and developed a new line of business (B2B) of credit scoring for NBFCs.

Core member of the Workload Estimator (WLE) development team. The first team ever within IBM STG Worldwide to have completely transitioned from US Ownership to 100% India Ownership. We oversaw the entire transition and helped to make it seamless. My responsibilities include:● Managed and led funding relations with three internal stakeholders worth $55,000.● Transitioned the project from a Raleigh based project to an offshore based one creating a surplus of $20,000 – thereby, transitioning to the role of global liaison for the product● Coordinated and managed 14 National stakeholders for their need assessment and implementation design.● Led the overhaul of the legacy frame-work to a RESTframework.The technical responsibilities include -1. Design and maintenance of the Workload Estimator Tool - MVC Architecture with Dojo as UI enchancer.2. POC and overhaul of legacy code to revamp into a web services model - REST.3. POC and introduction of test-framework to increase robust of the product - Selenium for UI and JUnit for Engine test.4. Programming new features based on the requests by our stakeholders.5. Optimizing WLE's performance.6. Maintaining the head and stream of the codebase before, during and after each release.7. Maintaining the "health" of all our servers and to facilitate build and deploy.
