* Daily job:- Handle payment to staff (Including staff advance/ claim) and payment to supplier (Including Domestic/Oversea). Verify all documents being submitted to Accounting Department to ensure proper, accurate and compliant with internal policies, governmental regulations, Vietnam Accounting Standard.- Make a payment on due date to ensure that timely processing of vendor and staff payment and record on accounting system SAP.- Assist Tax team for calculate and pay Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT) and Value added tax (if any).- Manage transactions related Capex and Prepaid, record invoice buying Fixed assets and Long-term equipment to run depreciation & expense allocation everymonth.- Manage cash advance of employee, deposit of vendor, internal transactions.- Make payment charge back between Zuellig Pharma international each other (Inter-Company cost)- Forecast cash flow, Control bank functions to ensure timely payment process.- Check staff advance balances, take charge of AP aging report, reconcile with vendor.- Prepare accrual journals and assist in month-end closing- Update and send expense with Salary to HR Dept montly- Capable of dealing with relevant departments on payment issues- Prepare some internal reports, Other jobs assigned by the Finance supervisor / Finance Manager/ Chief Accountant. * Month-end closing job:- Reconcile Bank statement (both VND and USD) and control the accuracy of cash recognition- Reconcile Accrual account- Ensure closing information is correct and sufficient.
