One of the most important decisions I made at UC Irvine was involving myself in community service on Day 1. My primary goal was to make new friends and find my community. Little did I know that this would eventually lead me to become the President of Circle K International at UCI. From my presidency and many other positions in the club, I have built various skills, from event planning to public speaking, and developed my assertive communication style necessary for executive decision-making and working in a team environment. The leadership skills I developed at UC Irvine will continue to follow me for the rest of my professional career.
