As the Systems Control Manager at Fastenal, one of the largest industrial suppliers in North America, I am responsible for overseeing the process of our production systems via our automation clients, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction at the Indianapolis Distribution Center. I have over seven years of experience in production management, leading and supporting teams across different shifts and departments.My core competencies include supply chain management, distributed team management, and control systems design.
