Grace is following in the family business tradition. She is the daughter of our founder, Kierstin Higgins-Blanton.Grace oversees numerous departments at Accommodations by Apple, including a focus on sales and client satisfaction. Grace takes significant pride in building the brand of this business through her keen leadership and relentless attention to detail, which has resulted in the persistent growth for our business.A small-town business culture is important to Grace. She values the importance of offering “hometown hospitality” to clients. Grace believes that everyone deserves red carpet service in tune with the goals of Accommodations by Apple. This includes clients, vendors and employees alike. Grace views her role as one who serves both clients and the community in an entrepreneurial style.An experienced horsewoman, Grace continues to travel throughout the United States competing in show jumping each year. Our data centers are custom designed to meet the specialized power, cooling & security requirements necessary to house critical data and IT infrastructures. Cavern provides it tenants with a value proposition focused on minimizing the total cost of ownership of their data center infrastructure. Our facility has been built from the inside out and can grow as the need arrives with over 300,000 square feet of space available. The entire data center is located on two power grids with separate feeds into the facility, with additional generators as a third line of defense in the event of a power outage. Being located 125 feet underground also gives us a 67 degrees ambient temperature all year round. This low ambient temperature allows clients to save up to 50% on cooling and environmental costs.
