Place-Making, for me, represented the opportunity to deliver purpose-built environments that are economically responsible, functional, and inspirational. Over 32 years later, we have been fortunate to work together with great customers and great partners in completing several hundred successful projects.     Before founding Hoover Projects Inc., I worked for The Trammell Crow Company (TCC) in the high-rise division as a Project Engineer on the DFW Airport Business Center and as the Head Estimator of the General Dynamics Ft. Worth Campus development. Before TCC, I honed my project management skills for over a decade for several general contracting outfits in Dallas and Waco, owned and operated a Real Estate Development Entity, General Contracting Firm, and an Acoustical & Drywall Subcontracting Company. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the Texas A&M University College of Architecture.
