A U.S. Marine with an MBA from Columbia Business School, Jason leverages his military training, passion for leadership, and business acumen to build highly effective teams, increase revenue, drive operational efficiencies and ultimately create shareholder value.Jason is currently the Chief Corporate Development Officer and a member of the executive team at The Boyd Group, a publicly traded company and one of the largest multi-site collision repair firms in the automotive aftermarket, with approximately 950 locations and a market cap exceeding CAD$4.5 billion. Jason leads strategic planning and inorganic growth across the U.S. and Canada, focusing on expansion through mergers and acquisitions and de novo development. He is responsible for origination, valuation, integration, and value creation. Jason also built and led the enterprise-wide Project Management Office, tasked with ensuring the successful execution of the company’s strategic priorities. Prior to The Boyd Group, Jason held operating leadership roles at Brooks International, a global management consultancy serving leaders of Private Equity Funds and Corporate CEO clients, specializing in delivering enhanced profitability and predictable business performance. In his position, Jason was responsible for the realization of tens of millions of dollars of additional EBITDA for his clients as a result of his efforts to design and implement enhanced operating models, unify executive teams and lead complex transformations. Earlier in his career, Jason served as the President of a consumer technology start-up within the automotive services industry and a Vice President at Bank of America. Jason began his career in the United States Marine Corps.
