I've been working at Boyd for 20 years working in many different departments during this time. Started as an Accounts Payable Associate, worked up to lead, moved to bank reconciliation, then Accounts Receivable Associate, lastly back to Accounts Payable Lead. I helped convert to a new shop operating system ASE into Great Planes accounting software. Won our company's highest customer service award in 2019, President's award, then in 2021 the Ambassador Award. I work hard to encourage others on our team to give similar customer service. In 2019 we started the process of switching accounting systems and I was asked to help with regards to Accounts Payable. Over two years I helped with testing and implementation of Workday into our office.
