E-Commerce Merchandising Production Associate
CurrentDeliver expert-level support across entire phases of brochure, catalog, and flyer production ranging from arranging merchandise for photo shoots to reviewing layout and copy. Administer end-to-end activities involved in developing, updating, and managing ordering tools and photography tracking logs in Excel. Agree on beneficial terms by steering entire facets of contract negotiation. Drive timely administration and processing of invoice documents from vendors and suppliers via effective invoice management. Leverage Webdam, NetSuite, and SharePoint to download, upload, and provide hi-resolution product images. Troubleshoot and resolve e-commerce concerns and inquiries related to Girl Scout councils' individual retail sites and Girl Scout Shop site ( https://www girlscoutshop.com)•Generate merchandising ordering tools (when applicable)•Maintain inventory Excel log for new and replacement products (arrival of first-time stock to the Girl Scouts NJ Distribution Center) •Assigning/shipping samples to photographers for professional hi-resolution imagery for the Girl Scouts Shop retail site, email campaigns, social media, etc. •Reviewing product copy and professional imagery.•Liaise with the Buying team on product turnovers, review samples, and make follow up inquiries concerning samples if need be •Proofread promotional materials (i.e., Girl Scout Essentials Guide, How To Wear Insignia, Badges & Journeys signage) •Assist in the process of categorizing new and updated Girl Scouts merchandise and "making them live" (i.e. visible) on https:// www.girlscoutshop.com/ •Create, activate or deactivate Girl Scout council Cookie Dough gift certificates (generate timely YTD reports of council usage of Cookie Dough gift certificates) •Activate or deactivate product images and set up new council items on councils’ ecommerce sites •Update councils' ecommerce landing pages (i.e. store hours, shop addresses, special closures, etc.) and councils' store locator page
