Lead after school yoga sessions for students, athletes and faculty. Trauma informed and alignment focussed classes provide an inclusive space to build strength, flexibility and balance. My sessions are designed to reduce mental stress and physical injury while increasing concentration and self-awareness. Recently modified curriculum to take advantage of multiple online tools & websites in rapid shift to online then hybrid learning while simultaneously piloting an upcoming transition to Standards Based Grading (SBG) inspired by the book Grading for Equity. Teach five classes with an average of 35 students each. Adapt curriculum to simultaneously engage students with reading levels that ranged from 1st to 12th grade & a large population of ESL learners in a Title 1 school. Tutor at risk students for standardized testing and worked on a state sponsored task force to update and develop new standardized test questions.

Hire, train & supervise the staff of a small, prestigious store. Ensure exemplary customer service as well as proper care & identification of extensive plant inventory. Provide occasional landscape design, off site consultation & container garden installations. Initiate, research and acquire H2B visas for international staff.

Start as entry-level bookseller at an independent bookstore boasting 30,000 titles & three floors of inventory. Work my way up to assistant manager, floor manager & then senior manager of entire sales staff within a year. Hire, train & supervise all sales staff. Modify company procedures & policies to adapt to the expansion to a much larger downtown location. Create job descriptions & training manuals for a sales staff of 80 people with three levels of management.
