Assistant to Manager to Regional ManagerI started my dental career in an Assisting school. After graduating Valedictorian and landing a job before I even graduated, I continued to work and master my newfound craft. I was hired as an instructor at the school I attended. I learned everything I could about dentistry. I loved it. That love turned to true passion. As I continued to grow my skills, I wanted to learn more. I made the move from clinical to front office and immersed myself in the full spectrum of dentistry. I used my skills to turn offices into efficient machines providing profit for owners and better care for patients. I have created incentive programs geared for growth for staff and patients. I have trained individuals in a multitude of roles, including doctors, managers, regional managers, and both clinical and office staff. I am now ready to take the next step and become a regional manager. I know dentistry from, quite literally, the front to the back. I am ready to take my passion and move forward with the my career.
