Managed volunteer staff of 1000+ to provide services for average 500,000 patrons annually at this historical landmark theater.Developed Orientation and advanced training programs for general volunteers and docent staff of Tour Guides.Designed and created tour brochure and promotional mailings resulting in an increase of annual tour income of more than 60%.Organized awards and recognition services as well as annual recognition dinners for both general volunteers and tour volunteers.Worked with local organizations and universities to provide opportunities for students, the disabled and low or no income individuals.Coordinated with local service organizations to provide hearing and sight assistance programs for patrons with disabilities.

Provided leadership, assistance and support for ticketing staff of 20 providing sales and services for mixed venue of touring productions, concerts and children’s programs. Coordinated with Marketing to provide promotional and media holds and process all ticket requests.Coordinated with producers/promoters to ensure all contractual seating holds/kills, price scaling and promotional offers were properly built.Worked closely with local third-party organizations including Dance St. Louis, Nine Network, Grand Center and Fox Performing Arts Charitable Foundation to ensure they and their patrons needs were being met.
