Initial investment will be made in the franchising opportunity of Henry VIII Carvery. (H8) H8 focuses on the production of sandwiches and salads with superior ingredients at a modest price. We believe there is a clear market for slow cooked, hand carved premium meals made fresh for the busy, yet hungry taste conscious public; People who demand premium but are aware of household economics. With individual sandwiches in the $5 - $6 range, and full family dinners for $20, H8 provides the highest quality meals at economic sensitive pricing.

Responsible for all kitchen activities including staffing, Food Cost, Ordering , Labor Cost, Inventory Control, Beverage Cost, Food Quality Control, Speed of Service and Health Department regulations.

Oversaw all front of house operations including a staf of 37 servers, 8 hosts, 5 bussers. Responsible for all guest service standards.
