With over twelve years of experience in the tech industry, I am a passionate and innovative leader in service quality and readiness. My mission is to provide an effortless and value-enhancing experience to any member who needs additional support on LinkedIn, the world's largest professional network. I have a Master of Science in Management of Information Systems Strategy and a Diploma of Education in Ethical Hacking, which enable me to design, implement, and scale the global service quality program for our member-facing Global Support teams. I am also a conscious business facilitator, who helps learners achieve their goals and tasks in a conscious manner while maintaining and strengthening relationships.In my current role as Senior Manager, Service Quality and Readiness at LinkedIn, I have transformed the service quality program for our Global Support partners through a series of ongoing work-streams. These work-streams include the transformation and centralisation of manual evaluations to competency based reviews as well as the scaling of the program through new technology implementations to ensure we have the strongest signal to date. Through these initiatives, I have added efficiencies, consistency, and greater insights to the program, as well as improved the customer and member satisfaction and loyalty.
