Employed in BI domain and application development at IBM, I work as an Agile Iteration Manager (Scrum Master) and Financial Reporting Analyst at CIO business unit. As a volunteer activity, I am simultaneously a certified soft skills trainer at HRC department. I worked earlier as a Learning Analyst and Skills Content Manager also at IBM where I performed as a subject matter expert for questionnaire design and data visualization, and was a client advocate regarding methodological and technical guidance. While attending a bilingual business school and graduating as a social sciences master in international relations, my colorful professional journey shows a readiness for challenges and flexibility in different fields.In my PhD research in political economy I've been interested in varieties of capitalism, societal inequalities and global poverty issues. Beside my formal education, I have been following online courses in both qualitative (Questionnaire Design, Research Methods) and quantitative (Inferential Statistics, Measuring Causal Effects) subjects, as well as programming languages (Python, R language).With analytical mindset, I always look into the details, provide solid performance and work individually and efficiently. I like to solve complex and difficult cases, and to share my experience with peers, as well as to do reliable work in sense of quality and timeliness. I'm a natural organizer, attentive listener and experienced communicator having gained solid training and event facilitator skills over years.I'm a native speaker of Hungarian, being fluent in English and German, and have recently reached intermediate level in French.
