Responsibilities:- Preparation and approval of the agenda for the meeting of the Council of Worker Representatives and the meeting of the European Platform. - Co-ordination and progress control. - Contact for other members of the Council of Worker Representatives. - Information duty to other members of the Council of Worker Representatives between ordinary and extra ordinary meetings. - Processing of feedback from other members of the Council of Worker Representatives.

The European Platform is an international group of Randstad employees that discusses subjects off all kinds that are related to one than more European country and/or are of importance for the European Workforce. The subject can concern corporate structure, employment situation, bonus system, turnover in personnel, work pressure, training, diversity, health and safety, etc.The EP wants to create a link between management and operational staff.

Tasks: - Recruitment activities: pre-evaluation of CVs, evaluation of candidates, conducting of interviews, writing of reports on recommended candidates- Client acquisition: monitoring the market and building new contacts by approaching; through cold calls, business development and sales techniques- Account management with the existing clientele including contact negotiations (fees, terms and conditions), invoicing- Liaising with clients/hiring managers in order to understand recruitment needs- Conducting reference checks, managing candidate recruitment database- Managing all applications through email and internal recruitment system- Discussing and negotiating salary with selected candidates and making offers subject to agreement of hiring managers- Participating and representing the company at careers events or job fairs
