Renew of brand, loyalty and perception. • Define and following the critical path for all centrally and locally planned trade events and big activities. Collate the information for centrally planned common communication pack in cooperation with key HO departments and operational teams.• Design of the category, new POS materials, film production on Take a Fresh Look at Tesco and colleagues involvement. Define POS rules booklet and brand book.• Keep contact with external marketing agencies and suppliers.• Leading a team of 12 people.

• Responsible for Hungary and Poland Electronic Shelf Edge label (ESEL) program management.• Organize workshops and governance meetings, calls on weekly basis. Responsible for IT business developments, new process completion and communication across the program among streams and in countries.• Leading natural working team of 30 people (NWT), daily cooperation with the UK and CE operations development project team. • Prepare report, presentation and inform the project sponsor regularly.• Manage CAPEX budget.
