• Review of standards and automotive customer requirements, practical application of standard points in the company’s quality management system (ISO 9001, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015)• Preparation of the company’s annual audit plan• Planning and conducting internal audits of systems, products and manufacturing processes, preparing audit reports• Preparing the company for review and renewal quality and environmental management, energy audits• Preparation of Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEA) and Control Plans (Control Plan)• Preparation of flow charts for the company’s quality management processes• Produce work instructions and machine operating manuals• Monitoring of hazardous materials (IMDS system management)
