1-Prepare and assist with pre-installation meetings. 2-Review Consultant and Contractor contract and become familiar with terms & conditions. 3-Distribute all short intervals and overall project schedules.4- Ensure subcontractors have the most up to datescopes of work. 5-Assist PM in the development of the overall project schedule. 6-Work to obtain all necessary permits as requested by the PM. 7-Ability to review drawings and specifications to become completely familiar with the project and identify long-lead times and critical path items. 8-Complete sub evaluations/comparisons of bids, scope review, and complete buyout as requested by PM 9-Develop a project submittal log and obtain the designer’s approval. 10-Manage said submittal log and ensure all submittals are processed promptly.11-Attend weekly project meetings as requested by PM and keep detailed meeting minutes for publishing to the project team.12-Draft, submit and track all RFI's.13-Review project logs (RFI's, Submittals, PCO's) with Superintendent on a weekly basis.14-Pursue and monitor submittals and track deliveries of materials. Verify all submittal conformity to plans &specifications.15-Collect superintendent weekly reports, weekly project pictures. Review for completeness and include in the project documentation. Inform PM of deficiencies.16-Collect subcontractor changes for review by the PM.17-Execute payment applications.18-Complete quantity take-offs as requested by estimating and PM.19- Review and code invoices. Check for accuracy and compare to cost to complete forecast.
