Job Summary:Following up & handling all sales activities; with close coordination with logistics and planning team to ensure full customer satisfaction. Duties & Responsibilities:1)Follow up closely the customers’ demands in coordination with the mother company in turkey. (Kordsa global)2)Prepare monthly sales plan in coordination with planning department 3)Prepare weekly shipment plan in coordination with planning department4)Coordinate the order management process (receiving the order – issuing the order -ensuring the order delivery as per the agreed delivery schedule)5)Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure shipments delivery to customers on time6)Work closely with planning department to ensure the implementation of monthly / weekly sales plan7)Receive the customers complaints & provides the proper feedback in coordination with the related departments 8)Coordinates with the units those are in contact with the internal or external customers 9)Take part in the process improvement efforts. 10)Enter the customers related data on the fourth shift system. 11).Pay regular visits to the customers on demand if needed.

* Handling all logistics procedures of export, Import shipments and Domestics as follows: Export: Handling with Sales department all Sales Orders and its terms (INCOTERMS & Payment Methods). Check production status with W/H (Our company strategy is Make To Order). Contacting freight forwarders and shipping lines to get quotations and vessels schedules. Selecting the best offer then Informing the client with our shipping schedule and get his confirmation. Arranging for loading. Sending shipping requests to forwarders or shipping lines. Follow up loading and B/L issuance.Import: Handling with Purchase department all Purchase requests and its terms (INCOTERMS & Payment Methods) to can handle with the suppliers the imported shipments to can receive all shipment at the suitable and shortest time and lowest cost.Settling forwarder's invoices of freight, trucking, loading and custom clearance. *Handling Sales & Export Procedures:Searching for new clients on the web, chambers of commerce, Market data and Trade agents.Sending professional offer quotations to the client and make sure to close the deals successfully and get contracts specially long term contracts, according to this contracts make shipments and its shipping doc.s as following :Preparing customs invoice and packing list. Preparing Shipping documents such as EUR1, Certificate of origin, Fumigation and B/L. Presenting shipping documents to our bank or dispatching to the client bank or to the client directly according to agreed payment methods.Follow up any new inquiries with clients and payments on due dates.
