Represented Acasia shareholders (formerly Cairo Angels) on the board of MQR to support the scaling up of the business and hopefully achieve a successful exit.

- Restructuring and turning around an offshore project management firm. - Led commercial and business development functions to grow market dominance in the Middle East and Africa. - Rebranded and marketed the company in new ways to more efficiently communicate and attract business- Created growth by establishing strategic partnerships and joint ventures to pursue a wider range of projects- Managed the Commercial Division including contracts tenders until contract award and continuing involvement during execution as Project Sponsor. - Restructured, Upgraded and Optimized internal company systems.

- Coordinated RFP and RFQ proposal submissions for Civil projects valued up to $400M primarily focusing on Western Canada. Winning strategies were established internally and contracts were reviewed and negotiated through out the tender process. - Reviewed and optimized construction schedules to minimize overall construction cost and create a more competitive project proposal. - Collaborated with local partners and First Nations communities to create an all-inclusive competitive consortium for projects in British Columbia.

- Supervised the construction of the structures portion of the vivaNext project on Davis Drive. Work plans were discussed before specific operations began, once complete, quantity payments were reviewed and schedules were analyzed to ensure delays were mitigated. Constructability analysis was also performed using 3D models.- Implemented strategies to mitigate project delays and discussed several innovative solutions to expedite the completion date of the project while managing risk and cost. 3D Models and powerpoint slideshows were used to communicate the proposed options to the client.

- Administered several contracts by monitoring field operations and managing monthly quantity payments on the 16-Mile Creek Bridge - est. $45M, Mississauga BRT project - est. $90M and the West Toronto Diamond project - estimated $277M

- Estimated projects ranging from power plants, to roads and bridges in Canada. Also resolved discipline conflicts in engineering drawings using 3D modeling.

- Analyzed the failure behavior of pre-tensioned and post-tensioned Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) concrete beams.
