Winning strategies were established internally and contracts were reviewed and negotiated through out the tender process. - Reviewed and optimized construction schedules to minimize overall construction cost and create a more competitive project proposal. - Collaborated with local partners and First Nations communities to create an all-inclusive competitive consortium for projects in British Columbia.

- Supervised the construction of the structures portion of the vivaNext project on Davis Drive. Work plans were discussed before specific operations began, once complete, quantity payments were reviewed and schedules were analyzed to ensure delays were mitigated. Constructability analysis was also performed using 3D models.- Implemented strategies to mitigate project delays and discussed several innovative solutions to expedite the completion date of the project while managing risk and cost. 3D Models and powerpoint slideshows were used to communicate the proposed options to the client.
