In short, CDSTF is a digital storytelling initiative aimed at amplifying community voices and fostering creative expression. I joined as the Festival Director for Season 2. After serving as the Manager of the Creative and Art team, I had the opportunity to practice and deepen my leadership skills. Interestingly, I also completed two courses—Public Speaking, Leadership, and Project Management in ongoing—through NPTEL, run by IIT universities. This reflects how my learning and growth go hand in hand.
