The Kimpton Hotel Wilshire, a 74 room hotel & rooftop destination in the heart of Miracle Mile on Museum Row. Led the hotel teams efforts thru a full hotel renovation and soft rebranding to align with the growing neighborhood and new destination draw thru improved branding, services and market segmentation shifts

Oversaw daily operations, financial responsibility & project management of the Operations Team inc. Front Office, Valet, Housekeeping, Engineering, Retail & Banquet Setups w/ 9 leaders and 85 team members at the 207 room urban lifestyle hotel.

Oversaw Daily Operations in all aspects of Front Office, Bell/Valet, Concierge, VIP Services, PBX and Recreation at the 822 room resort w/ 9 Golf Courses, 8 F&B Outlets, Spa, Tennis. Reporting team of 10 leaders and 80 employees + outsourced housekeeping.

Managed all aspects of Revenue Management for the 300 room property & provided guidance to our sister property on rate loading, strategy & market segments in a down market time period.

Front Desk Manager w/ 30+ team members and Manager on Duty of the 300 room hotel with 6 F&B Outlets.

Oversaw all overnight operations for The CLIFT hotel including F&B outlets, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering & Security.

Led the reopening team of the Club Level lounge w/Sit Down Concierge Desk & private Wolfgang Puck Pizza Bar at The Prescott Hotel.
