After travelling Europe and then completing a B.Sc. (Agr) from McGill and a M. Sc. from UBC in entomology and biochemistry, the next four years was developing stable botanical insecticide formulations for Safer Ltd. Then I took a 2 week solo backpacking trip with enough food for one week and a fishing rod. Then began the next phase of my life managing and rebuilding the Best Western Plus Kelowna Hotel and Suites. The Best Western Kelowna is now the most sustainable hotel in Kelowna, an ongoing project. I also have overseen a small residential subdivision on Dilworth Mountain and the building of the Golf Town store in Kelowna and the Hotel Restaurant. In addition, our group also does significant property management for ourselves and others managing residential apartments and commercial buildings. My passion is developing agri tourism educational farm in Kelowna that supplies good food to the farm guests and the community based on biodynamic principles. I have been also working with FulvicXcell who sell high quality fulvic and humic acids around the world. Fulvic acid is a biostimulate electron shuttle that works well for humans, fungi, plants and others. In 2017/8 was the Quality Assurance Person for a medical cannabis operation in Creston, BC, We Grow BC Ltd. now owned by Decibel Cannabis, assisting with all aspects of production. Then took a contract with Heritage Cannabis advising on their Cannabis growing and worked with Oakum Cannabis in Kelowna.
