Having successfully contributed to office relocations on 3 separate occasions, in 2010, 2015, and 2020 taking care of hardware and software deployment to end users, which involved the installation, configuration, and testing of advanced company hardware. I was also responsible for handling the provisioning and deprovisioning processes, including setting up hardware and software for newcomers and collecting equipment from departing staff members.My role included repairing end-user hardware and reinstalling software to resolve any incidents. I also focused on preventing future technical problems by identifying patterns and sources of the issues. Working with minimal supervision, I provided after-hours assistance for escalated concerns and ensured that asset management activities, such as procurement, receipt, inventory tracking, and distribution, complied with company policies and IT service processes.I extended my support to off-site events and meetings sponsored by the firm and actively participated in IT tasks related to office moves, buildouts, and relocations. As a "remote hands" team member, I offered valuable assistance to other IT functions, such as Telecommunications and Hosting.My thorough understanding of the IT Services organization and its offerings enabled me to effectively address end users' technology needs and incidents.
