Lead consultant and planner for virtual, computer based exercises at the brigade level (2500 person organization). I coach, teach, train, and mentor brigade level staffs on current doctrine and techniques to efficiently integrate command and control of aviation and maneuver operations while analyzing the organizations's processes and procedures. I provide relevant feedback through individual coaching, after-actions reviews, and written reports. Lessons learned are captured and feedback is provided to the Center for Army Lessons Learned (CALL). Selected as the lead planner for the 25th Combat Aviation Brigade to integrate all planning requirements necessary to support commander's training objectives. My team's efforts improved operational efficiency for the unit by 40%. I serve as the subject matter expert in the tactics, techniques and procedures for the employment of aviation assets and movement and maneuver war fighting function as well as protection/safety, sustainment and logistics, command and control, intelligence and communication.

Responsible for planning, resourcing and execution of air assault/air movement operations, aerial casualty evacuation operations, aeromedical evacuation operations, aviation support for personnel recovery, air traffic support services and expeditionary deployment operations for the Battalion.
