TekMark Global Solutions LLC ( AT&T Labs, Middletown NJ 2017 – 2018 ) - Design Validation/QA of Domain 2.0 Closed Loop Automation of reset Alarm Failures for eNodeB Network Elements. Work involves test plan contributions, deep dive analysis and documentation of system problems and excellent collaboration with development and Tier 2. Developed MOP that includes Kubernetes Access setup. - Design Validation/QA of Domain 2.0 Tail Facility Design Engine ( TFDE ). Automation of testing environment setup and of related test cases ( Python ), member of Agile Scrum team using the TDPLM. TFDE manages the optical links between Roadm and Transponder Network Elements. This project is provisioning with the SDN component Open Wide Box Controller ( OWB-C ). Also performed CI/CD work using AT&T in house tool Software Manager ( SWM ) and helped to established the Nagios monitoring infrastructure.  - Design Validation/QA of Domain 2.0 Tail Facility Design Engine. Automation of testing environment setup, automation of test cases, member of Agile Scrum team using the Technical Delivery Platform Lifecycle Management (TDPLM) for Agile implementation. Alcatel-Lucent/Nokia Software Integration Services Group 2011 – 2017 - Solution / Domain Architect AT&T Small Cell and LTE Backup Integration. The work involved wide ranging System Engineering and integration of Volume Manager, Cluster middleware, Databases, RHEL OS, Application software and Hardware Architecture as well as data assessment and analysis of the ALU provided 4G Wireless AT&T Operations Support Systems data model ( Service Aware Manager ( SAM ), the Network Performance Optimizer ( NPO ), Service Management Platform ( SMP ), Home Device Manager ( HDM ), Wireless Management System ( WMS ) ). Systems are used to provision, manage, and generate reports on the 4G LTE macro and micro ( Metrocell ) infrastructure. Architected (data modeling, policy definitions, restore processes), deployed, and tested the first true NetBackup Bare Metal ( tftp boot ) Restore ( BMR ) infrastructure in the entire AT&T National Data Center.  - Devised and developed an original BMR strategy for Windows Server 2008 ( using WinRE and MSFT VHD backup facility )  - Lead System Tester for the FEMTO Cell 4G Citrix frontend deployment. Wrote the Test Object List, System Test Plan and Acceptance Test plan and performed the testing both in ALU and for customer acceptance at AT&T

Alcatel-Lucent IT AND TELECOM SERVICES GROUP 2010 - 2011 - Lead System Tester for the ALU Multimedia Messaging Service Center ( MMSC ) SunOne Directory 4.0 ( LDAP ) access for the Verizon Wireless (VZW) Multimedia Messaging Server. Additionally, contributed significant content, structure, and feedback to the 8661 Directory Proxy Server Deployment MOPs and Hardware ATP ( including developing and documenting the SNMP Alarming Configuration ).  - Developer of Security Hardening SHELL/AWK scripts for the AT&T IMS Media Resource Function ( MRF ) and Personal Communication Manager ( PCM ) servers. This work that impacted the entire AT&T IMS network of 18 MRFs and 54 PCMs.

Lucent World-Wide Services 1997 - 2010 - Solution Architect and Lead Developer for the Verizon Wireless ( VZW ) enhanced Mobile to Mobile Database ( eM2MMDB ), a High Availability ( HA ) hardware/software architecture that provides Oracle Lightweight Database Access Protocol ( LDAP ) database search access for the VZW SurePay Pre-Pay Subscriber Database for all VZW Mobile to Mobile calling. Contributions to the project ranged from the writing of the initial white paper, to the Rough Order of Magnitude effort estimate, to the System Engineering, design, and development of the HA infrastructure. Additionally, worked closely with Oracle for tuning and performance of the Application - Software development ( SHELL ) for the Verizon Disaster Recovery System for the Network Fault Management System ( NFM ) that supports the entire Verizon North East Region covered by nine Network Operations Centers.  - Solution Architect and Project lead for the Switch Element Configuration Management ( SECM ) High Availability Architecture ( HA ). This effort included project management, feature engineering, software development, test plan development and strong knowledge of HP-UX 10.20 system and network administration.  - Systems Engineer for customer requirements gathering and documentation on the Verizon GNI Work Order Record Detail Report (WORD) for the Inter Domain Configuration Manager ( IDCM ).  - Solution Architect and Lead Developer for the HA architecture for the Field Access System ( FAS ) Generic Three HA. FAS allows thousands of RBOC technicians access to host systems for Automated Repair Service Bureau tasks and Job dispatch through a hand-held device ( “Yellow Dog bone” ). The fault-tolerant distributed Client/Server Architecture demonstrated the ability to architect a complex subsystem built around Oracle DB and TCP/IP.  - Designed and developed in SHELL/NAWK/C++ database conversion tool for converting and loading data records into an ORACLE database.

American Telegraph and Telephone (AT&T) - Assumed the Lead Developer and the Project Manager role for Generic 2 FAS. G2FAS supported upwards of 30K field technicians for Bell South, Ameritech, and Bell Atlantic performing ARSB ( local repair ) services for these Baby Bells. Coordinated as PM and Lead a team of two to six developers, one documenter, and two to three customer support staff over the life of the project.  - Extensive work to re-size the Generic 2 INFORMIX database. This involved an understanding of disk usage, INFORMIX configuration, and disk requirements.  - Created the DevOps software build, packaging, and installation environment for Generic 2 FAS.
