I had the honor of Serving as Program Chair for the 2023 International Society of Heart and Lung Transplantation Scientific Sessions and Annual Meeting in Denver, Colorado, a meeting that attracted over 3700 participants from around the world with cutting edge science in advanced heart and lung disease, heart transplantation, lung transplantation, mechanical circulatory support and pulmonary vascular disease. I am tremendously grateful to the ISHLT staff, including Susie Newton, Greg Schultz, Olivia Taylor, Sue Bessner and Jackie Schweinzger for making this possible as well as El Presidente of the ISHLT, Andreas Zuckermann. A great deal of gratitude goes out to the folks show in the picture who did all the work, the outstanding, international members of the 2023 Program Committee.
