Digital Wordcrafts is a digital printer producing large format graphics for the exhibition and display industries. Our capacity enables us to print up to 3.1m wide to any length and opens up tremendous opportunities for creative designers and stand builders to exploit our super large format capability.We also produce digital marketing print on our HP Indigo press with the capability to personalise print as well as have a complete finishing capability.My job is to develop new markets including web to print, and to expand our reach for the huge potential of the super sized presses we have.During my time I calculated and created hourly rates for all machines, installed Clarity MIS software and loaded up all calc wizards for all products produced, I calculated numerous products variables for a web2print system for the Indigo so jobs could be priced and ordered on line within a couple of clicks, along with the website I created, monthly mailchimp, facebook and twitter updates managed to keep our site on the front page of all google searches. This helped generate new business and contributed to a 25% increase in turnover in my first full financial year.

Motion is a digital design, print and production company specialising in large format with its HP flatbed printer and latex printers. We also produce small commercial print material on our two Xerox presses.My role is to generate new sales, estimating for new and existing clients and create new markets. Web to PrintCurrently we are developing our 'Infigo' web to print system which is now live and already has our first Hotel company using the system. This system is design so that companies can edit and create their own printed material through a web portal bypassing the design and artwork process, linked directly to our Xerox and large format presses, clients can create and order their own marketing, stationery and display products.CatfishI have now had training on the latest and far more user friendly version of infigos system 'Catfish', we have created a site for a clients suppliers to create artwork for a larger voucher booklet. Streamlining the artwork process and securing ongoing print. This system has tremendous potential.

Six Colour B2 print, one of first to use Presstek processless plates, with in house repro, print and finishing, providing top quality print.Huge challenge starting from blank canvass, sourcing all equipment, staff and clients. The business was successful and gained many high quality end user clients through delivery of High Quality fast turnaround production. The many challenges of starting from scratch and developing the business over the four years gave me invaluable experience right across the board, resolving production issues, providing marketing solutions to develop new business and the general administration of running the business.

I was brought in to help drag it into the 21st century. For this I conducted a internal and external marketing audit and through this implemented Key Account Management strategies causing internal re-organisation and re-branding with new identity. This was very successful and led to me starting up Lighthouse Colour Solutions.

I started Creative Link Solutions from scratch, a graphic design company to compliment the groups print companies and help bring design to print business to C & R.
