In addition to my other attributes, I have also acted as an Expert Witness in litigation and arbitration matters related to various real estate development matters. Over the course of my 40-year development, career, I have been deposed numerous times in the role as the Corporate Representative for various entities involved in litigation proceedings, particularly related to real estate condominium development and condo association related matters.FLORIDA SUPREME COURT:I am certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Circuit Court approved Mediator.I am qualified by the Supreme Court if Florida as a Qualified Arbitrator.

I am an Expert Witness in legal-real estate related matters. My 30+ yrs. and varied experience in real estate development, acquisition, finance, marketing, strategic planning, myriad legal documentation, all from the real estate developer's perspective, serves my clients very well. Although I am not an attorney, since 1997, I have served as an Adjunct Faculty Member at the University of Miami School of Law in its Master's of Law Program in Real Property Development as its Developer in Residence.In addition to my other attributes, I have acted as an Expert Witness in several real estate development arbitration and litigation matters.

As an Adjunct Faculty Member of the UM School of Law and in the role as its Developer in Residence, I teach lawyers who are enrolled in this graduate masters level law program, the LLM Program in Real Property Development, about the real world aspects of the real estate development process. This involves intertwining their legal education with learning about the practical needs, obligations and responsibilities in the real estate development process of the real estate developer. This involves virtually all areas of importance including acquisition, disposition, tax matters, environmental issues, construction, zoning, finance and many other areas of the development field.

For 26 years, I directed and oversaw the acquisition, financing, development,construction and marketing of the Company's real estate activities in South Florida, suburban Washington, D.C., Atlanta, Georgia and California. This involved a broad range of activity in various real estate segments including residential, commercial and industrial with emphasis on the development of luxury, high-rise, oceanfront, condominium towers. I in 1996, I left Groupe Pacicic to do real estate development for my own account and to provide consultancy and expert witness services in the real estate industry. In 1997, I joined the University of Miami School of Law as an Adjunct faculty Member in the Law School's Program in Real Property Development.IN JANUARY 2014, I WAS CERTIFIED BY THE FLORIDA SUPREME COURT AS A CIRCUIT COURT MEDIATOR AND AS A QUALIFIED ARBITRATOR.
