As a sales consultant, the primary job scope entails sales of cars the company offers, both new Japanese parallel-imported and pre-owned agent continental units. Being a sales-oriented role, the job requires a good level of communication skills to find out and relate to customer needs, and to have a good understanding of both our products as well as the market in order to help customers get a car which is catered to their needs and wants, as well as get the best deal possible for them at the same time. Other details of the job include maintenance of the showroom floor, paying attention to details of the cars on hand to ensure that all of them are of pristine condition for sale. Also, it is required for us to be able to perform well under pressure in terms of after-sales service, complaints, as well as liaising with banks and insurance companies.
